Ariverse Academy provides hands-on digital marketing training. Our services are for lawful use only. If you are accessing from outside India, you are responsible for following your local laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, curriculum structure, badges, and branding belong to Ariverse Academy. You can use our content only for personal learning. You cannot copy, sell, or share it without our written permission. Unauthorised use will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You confirm you are an adult and that all information you provide is accurate. You must not:

• Copy or distribute our course content.
• Use the platform for anything illegal.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Disturb other students.
• Use bots or automated tools to access our content.

4. Enrollment & Fees

Your seat is confirmed only after the registration fee is paid. Fee details and batch dates will be shared at the time of joining. Visit the academy, pay the admission fee, and start your journey from day one.

5. Refund Policy

All fees paid to Ariverse Academy are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed. This includes the registration fee and any course fees paid thereafter.

6. Certifications & Course Work

Certifications from Google, HubSpot, and SEMrush are issued by those platforms directly. We help you prepare, but cannot guarantee outcomes. Work you create during the course belongs to you. We may feature it in our promotions unless you opt out.

7. Career Support

We support you with resume preparations, interview readiness, and hiring connections. This is not a guarantee of employment. Outcomes depend on your performance and the job market.

8. Feedback & Ownership

Any feedback you share with us may be used to improve our services without compensation. Work you create during the course is yours. Make sure it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

9. Changes to Our Services

We can change, pause, or stop any part of our services at any time. We are not liable for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause.

10. Suspension & Termination

We can suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these terms or disrupts the learning environment. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless stated in our refund policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do our best to provide accurate and useful training. However, we make no guarantees regarding suitability for any specific purpose and are not liable for any loss arising from use of our services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Ariverse Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.

14. Dispute Resolution

We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion within 30 days. If unresolved, the matter will go to arbitration under applicable Indian law.
